Specialty Desserts
The Cookie Tree is proud to introduce you to our delectable line of decadent gourmet desserts. Our unique line rotates seasonally. We are lucky to be in the midst of some of California's most delicious locally grown fruits and nuts. We happily purchase as many ingredients as we can from our local farmers.
Some examples of our line-up might be fresh Cherry Crisps, Peach and Pear Crumbles, miniature Fruit Tarts, or fresh Strawberry Pie. Cheesecakes topped with rich and creamy Chocolate Ganache finished with Whipped Cream often fill our pastry case. And if you like Tiramisu, you will love ours.
If you are looking for something really special, come in and order our Hot Cookie Sundae. You select the cookie dough, we bake it up while you wait and then it is topped with rich and delicious Vanilla Bean Gelato and finished with thick Chocolate Fudge or Sweet Caramel and sprinkled with chopped Nuts of your choice. Simply, delicious!
Sometimes a little bite of something sweet is all you need, we have that too! Luscious layers of whipped Mousse with Cookie Bits and Crumbs nestled in between make for delicious petite Parfaits. And if you just can't make up your mind- our counters and cases are always filled with irresistible samples.
