Homemade gourmet cookies is what we are all about at The Cookie Tree. 

      We make 60 varieties of  Homemade gourmet cookies some from original recipes (Oatmeal Raisin), some from recipes given by friends (Diana Sugar), and  some from cookbooks (Snicker doodles). Several recipes are Cookie Tree Originals (such as Rascals). All are made just the way you would make them at home - with fresh ingredients, whole eggs, and good quality chocolates and nuts. No purchased mixes are used for our cookies.  Our frosted sugar cookies are really popular.  These are cut into a variety of shapes depending on the season or occasion.  No canned frosting for our cookies - we make our own.  Another favorite: Chocolate Crackles.  Some of our customers call these "Crinkles" or "Earthquake cookies" - whatever name they're called, these cookies are wonderful chocolate treats.  If you have an allergy to nuts, we have a good assortment of cookies without them.  We also make sugar-free cookies. These are not on our menu yet, so you might call ahead to see if we have them on the day you come to see us.  Our regular menu of Homemade gourmet cookies is supplemented with daily specials - our baker's choice.   All our cookies are made fresh each morning. 

The Cookie Tree creates edible image cookies perfect for weddings favors, and additions to centerpieces.   Send us any photo and we can put it on a cookie!

Our bakers are in the kitchen very early in the morning preparing the cookies for your enjoyment. During the holiday times of the year, they're busy before sunrise.  The three ovens are constantly loaded throughout the morning.  You can also find fresh cupcakes and brownies each day.  Brownies are sold singly, but if you call ahead, we'll make a whole tray just for you! 

 

We are now serving "Seattle's Best" coffee.

Left-over cookies (if there are any) are bagged and sold the next day as 'day-olds'. These disappear quickly.  Come in and see our world map showing places happy customers have taken or shipped our cookies.  Lots have gone to the Persian Gulf , and some have gone to China and even Russia . Most of our cookies ship really well, and we now offer shipping from our store.   We prepare lots of gift packages, especially during the holidays.  Your cookie selections can be packaged in a basket, gift tin, platter or gift bag.  If you have a container you would like to have cookies packed into, just bring it in and we'll do our best to fill it with treats. 

In addition to our Homemade gourmet cookies, we also have retail items.  You'll find cookie jars, tins, baskets, coffee mugs, greeting cards and an assortment of gift items.
